Meet KB Wellness founder, Kari

With over 10 years of experience in the corporate world and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resouces with a minor in Law, I understand the rewards and demands of a fast-paced, high-stress environment. My career was fulfilling, but balancing work with starting and raising a family became increasingly challenging. The constant struggle of long hours at the office and not enough time at home left me exhausted, juggling late-night chores and daily responsibilities. This hectic lifestyle led to unhealthy habits and neglect of my own well-being.

Despite my passion for health and fitness, which I had nurtured growing up and through college, I found myself putting my personal wellness on the back burner. The realization hit that I needed to make drastic changes to prioritize my physical, mental, and emotional health. I began setting boundaries, refocusing my priorities, and making non-negotiable commitments to myself and my family.

I started planning my workouts, meal prepping for my family, and leaving the office at a reasonable hour to ensure quality time at home. I made time for activities that relaxed me and brought joy into my life. These changes allowed me to be more present and fulfilled in every aspect of my life.

Outside of my professional journey, I love traveling with my family, cheering my kids on at every soccer game, playing golf with dear friends, and giving back to the community by supporting local non-profits. These experiences enrich my life and keep me grounded.

My calling is to give back and guide others who struggle with the same push and pull I once did. You can have it all—career, family, health, and happiness.
